Free travel and arrival costs within Hamburg
Location visit preferably on the day of booking in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
Post-production: Selection & editing (colors, brightness and contrast) of RAW files, all photos in color and additional selected photos in black and white (approx. 7.10%)
Delivery of the images: Free online photo gallery with all edited photos for download in JPEG format in full resolution for printing and in small image size optimized for use on the Internet or in social media. The photo gallery is activated for a full two weeks so that the wedding photos can be downloaded at your leisure.
All wedding photos are not protected or marked with a watermark.
The creation of a wedding album with high-quality prints can be booked as an option.
Travel costs
Arrival and departure within Hamburg is included.
Arrival and departure outside Hamburg (national local area) is subject to a travel fee of 1 EUR per kilometer. This fee includes vehicle costs and travel fees. The first 25 kilometers are free.
The distance to be covered is calculated using Google Maps from the photographer's address.
Arrival and departure costs outside Hamburg (national long-distance area and international) include travel fees and waiting time and are calculated at 100 EUR per hour, but a maximum of 300 EUR per travel day. Vehicle and accommodation costs are charged separately. This includes, for example, expenses for flights, trains, taxis, rental cars, parking tickets, hotels, etc.).
Prices for wedding photography from 2 hours:
Your wedding planning is ultimately linked to a budget, and so we would like to give you a clear insight into our prices right from the start. We accompany your wedding during the week for a duration of 2 hours or more and at the weekend for 7 hours or more and are happy to accommodate your individual wishes.
You can also decide spontaneously on your wedding day if you want us to stay an extra hour, because we don't have double bookings on the same day. Our detailed price overview will help you with your calculations.
Remember: You spend a lot of money on dresses, cakes, food, etc. Besides the ring and your partner, the wedding photos that tell your wedding story are the only thing that lasts. I have an excellent price/performance ratio, don't cut corners in the wrong place and regret it afterwards.

From May to September there is a minimum booking period of 4 hours on weekdays and 6 or 8 hours on Sundays and Saturdays. The booked time always counts for the continuous period, idle times count as reportage time. Bookings and billing are made every 15 minutes.
Saturdays and weekends in the season are quickly booked up or are requested twice or three times. I ask for your understanding that for this reason alone, reservations are not possible without a firm confirmation and deposit.
What are the payment terms?
50% when booking, 50% after the wedding
Please note that travel and, if applicable, overnight costs are charged separately in order to guarantee you the best possible quality and presence on your special day.
Price modifications
In order to generate new orders, as a wedding photographer I depend on being able to publish my most beautiful photos. Regardless of whether photos are actually used, I give every customer who allows publication in advance a discount of 10% or €215 for an eight-hour full-day booking. Photos that I use for self-promotion are of course published without mentioning surnames.
The subsequent processing of your wedding takes approximately one and a half or twice as long as the time booked on site at your wedding. For example, a twelve-hour report on location requires between 18 and 24 hours of post-production. Experience has shown that this process takes about 4-6 weeks. However, there is the possibility that I will process your wedding as quickly as possible (express). In this case, five images are delivered in advance after just one week, e.g. for the thank you card (plus 49 EUR) or all images at once (plus 250 EUR).
